Returns and Exchanges

We do not issue refunds on baskets. Please read sizes carefully on product description. Because each piece is handcrafted, the actual item you receive will have its own unique marks, stitching, shape and details that might vary from the representative photos.

We quality-check each piece before shipping but in the unlikely event that you receive an order with quality issues, please contact us within 5 days of purchase by email at hello@wovengrey.com and we will address the issue personally. 

You are responsible for the care of the pieces you purchase and we can't be held liable if damages occur from improper care. Please review cleaning instructions here for baskets. See product information on how to clean linens on product page.

Wool wraps, linens and dishtowels are returnable within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in original condition and unused. Restocking fee may apply. Shipping fees are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: WovenGrey is not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Refunds are not issued for these reasons.
