There are two ways to order wholesale with Woven Grey:


1. Click above link to order through “Faire” an online wholesale marketplace which allows retail shops to order my products online at no additional cost and with Net 60 terms! 
For a limited time, you can also receive $100 credit and one year of free shipping to my line when you open your account on Faire! 

2. You can also order direct through Woven Grey by emailing me directly at hello@wovengrey.com and  I will send you an electronic catalog and the ordering information.

Ordering & Payment

Opening minimum: $350  |  Reorder minimum: $150 
Payment is accepted via credit card or PayPal at time of order and processed when shipped. A valid credit card must be on file when order is processed. Net 30 terms will be offered to established customers with approved credit references.

Lead Time and Shipping
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow 15-20 business days (3-4 weeks) for your order to ship. 
Orders will be packaged in as few boxes as possible. All domestic and international orders ship from Oakland, CA by UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. 
If you need your order expedited, please specify your desired time frame and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Larger baskets are shipped folded to save on shipping costs. Any folded items must be slightly reshaped for display.
Changes or Cancellations to Orders
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@wovengrey.com within 48 hours. Canceled orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Orders pushed back by the buyer by 60 days or more from original order date will be treated as a cancelled order and subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Unpaid fees will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days.
All sales are final. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, it must be reported in writing directly to WovenGrey within 5 days of receipt of order to be considered for an exchange. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
Nature of Handmade Products
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
Buyer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing and terms confidential and should not be published or discussed with other parties.

Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion.
